ORDERS
Once you’ve placed your order we are unable to make any changes, additions or amendments to orders after 10am.
To make changes you will need to email info@beautynext.com.au
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?
All orders received up until 4pm will ship same day.
(Please note that does not include weekends or holiday)
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
All of our packages are sent via a Australia Post, so delivery times vary. Once shipped orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Orders outside the Australia can take up to 10 - 21 business days.
MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT.
As confirmed delivered we always suggest to check with your neighbor's and or
post office.

ITS LOOK LIKE YOU CHARGED ME TWICE FOR MY ORDER?
If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place order, you will see
pending transaction in your account. We don't capture funds that are declined transactions . This will automatically drop of your statement.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We aim to always be in stock however, from time to time we may sell out.
If this does happen we will notify you immediately.

GIFT WRAPPING AND CARDS
On request we can pack and ship a gift in a deluxe BEAUTYNEXT gift box.
You may also include a personalised gift message. Simply type your message in Order Note Section on check out.
WHAT IF MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY?
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us on info@beautynext.com.au or call 02 6021 4245 and we will be happy to assist in arranging your return or exchange.
EXCHANGE OR / CHANGE OF MIND?
We are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind – please choose carefully.
