Australia - Flat Shipping Fee $12.

International - Orders flat shipping Rate $30  AUD and all orders over $250 are Free.

Expected delivery times are estimated by Australia Post or courier company used. Delivery to rural areas and remote countries, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs may take longer. These times are subject to product availability, but we will always advise if an item has sold out and you can expect a delay.  If you would like to receive your product sooner, please contact us to see what other freight options are available.

What happens if I don't like the products I ordered?

We are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind – please choose carefully.

No returns on sale items except as required by law.

We strongly suggest that you find out your skin type before selecting any skincare products, as this will make it much easier for you to be able to select products that will suit you. If you'd like us to recommend the products that will be best suited to your skin, please contact us.

What about if the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what I ordered?

In this case, we're happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
